With a 0.26% chance per case, you would expect one gold drop in roughly every 385 openings on average, though luck can be much better or worse.
Is the Fever Case worth opening?
On average, no official CS2 case returns as much value as it costs: each opening costs a $2.49 key plus the case, while most drops are Mil-Spec skins worth a fraction of that. People open cases for the chance at a Covert skin or a knife. If you want to try your luck without spending anything, our free simulator uses the same odds. If you'd rather play with real skins, compare the best CS2 case opening sites, where every custom case shows its odds per item.
